These odds likely will not last on Manoah as he has gone over 5.5 strikeouts in each of his previous four starts, including a seven-strikeout performance against these Orioles back on August 16th. The Orioles have been up and down vs. right-handers lately, but are currently posting a 22.8% K rate vs. righties over the previous two weeks, which ranks in the bottom half of the league over that span.
