The Cincinnati Reds placed third baseman Mike Moustakas (calf) on the 10-day injured list with a left calf strain on Saturday and selected infielder Colin Moran's contract from Triple-A Louisville in a corresponding move. Moustakas' injured list stint is retroactive to Wednesday. The 33-year-old missed the last three games with his injury and will go back on the shelf. Fantasy managers in deep mixed leagues shouldn't feel compelled to hold Moose the rest of the way, as he's hit just .214/.295/.345 with seven home runs, 25 RBI, 30 runs scored and two stolen bases in his 252 at-bats for the Reds this year. Shortstop Kyle Farmer has been shifted to the hot corner in recent days, although Moran could find his way into the lineup occasionally with Matt Reynolds (hip) also on the shelf.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
