Kenley Jansen Enters Late For 23rd Save Tuesday
2 years agoAtlanta Braves closer Kenley Jansen came in to save the day in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Phillies. Jansen entered the bottom of the ninth inning up by three with one out and a runner on first. He was able to prevent the Phillies from fighting back further by getting the two batters he faced out on a flyout and a groundout, earning his 23rd save of the season. The 34-year-old has been a reliable fantasy option this season, converting all but four save opportunities with a 3.62 ERA and a 12.05 K/9 rate.
