Ha-Seong Kim Dealing With Thumb Issue

San Diego Padres infielder Ha-Seong Kim (thumb) is dealing with a minor thumb issue that has caused him to be out of the lineup for the team's previous two games. He sustained his thumb injury on Monday, but the injury isn't considered serious as the 26-year-old is expected to return soon. Kim is slashing .233/.322/.356 slash line with five home runs, 27 RBI, 31 runs scored, and four stolen bases in 289 plate appearances. The Padres utility infielder will be available off the bench, and his next chance to return to the starting lineup is Friday against the San Francisco Giants.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
