Adam Duvall Exits After Being Hit In Hand
2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Adam Duvall (hand) was removed from Saturday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. He was hit by a pitch in his left hand in the second inning of the game. He initially stayed in the game and was picked off on first base. The following inning, however, Guillermo Heredia came on to take over in left field. After struggling over the first two months of the year, Duval put together a nice month of June. He slashed .231/.293/.571 with eight home runs across the month. We don't know the severity of his injury as of now, but we should know more after the game.
