Eduardo Rodriguez Without Timetable For Return
2 years agoDetroit Tigers left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez (personal) remains without a timetable for a return to the field. Rodriguez has been dealing with a personal issue since the middle of June after going on the injured list earlier in the year with a rib injury. Team manager A.J. Hinch was asked about Rodriguez's status on Friday and did not provide an update, other than to say that Rodriguez is safe and is back at home in Florida with his kids. The southpaw has made eight starts for the Tigers in 2022, posting a 1-3 record, 4.38 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and 34 strikeouts over 39 innings of work. At this point, it is anyone's guess as to when Rodriguez will return to the field.
