Buddy Kennedy Suffers Wrist Injury On Tuesday
2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks shortstop Buddy Kennedy (wrist) was removed from Tuesday's game against the San Diego Padres due to left wrist discomfort. The injury occurred during one of his swings in his at-bat in the top of the fourth inning. He was replaced in the bottom of the fourth inning by Josh Rojas. Kennedy was called up for his MLB debut last week and he's gone 3-for-16 with one home run over five games since then. The 23-year-old was slashing .296/.384/.429 over 54 games at Triple-A Reno prior to his call-up.
