Taylor Rogers Earns 21st Save Of Season Monday
2 years agoSan Diego Padres closer Taylor Rogers notched his 21st save of the season in Monday's 4-1 win over the Diamondbacks. Rogers came into the ninth inning to preserve a three-run lead and delivered a 1-2-3 inning with two strikeouts. The 31-year-old has been fantastic this season, converting all but three save opportunities with a 2.89 ERA, 31 strikeouts, and six walks in 28 innings pitched. He has been a huge fantasy asset this season and should continue to be so.
