Logan Webb Enjoying Successful 2022 Season
3 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Logan Webb has found plenty of success so far this season. After a breakout 2021 campaign, the right-hander owns a 3.77 ERA and a 3.45 FIP through 12 starts spanning 71.2 innings this season. He's struck out 59 batters in those 71.2 frames compared to just 17 walks allowed. Most recently, Webb allowed seven hits, three runs, two earned runs, and a walk in 5.2 innings in a home start against the Colorado Rockies. He also registered three strikeouts in that outing on June 9. Next up, the 25-year-old will face the Kansas City Royals at home on Tuesday in what figures to be an excellent fantasy matchup. Only three teams have scored fewer runs than the Royals this season.
