Taylor Rogers Earns League-Best 19th Save Monday
3 years agoSan Diego Padres closer Taylor Rogers earned his 19th save of the season in Monday's 4-1 win over the Cubs. Rogers came in to pitch the ninth inning up by three and pitched a 1-2-3 inning with two strikeouts. The 31-year-old has been fantastic this season with the Padres and is tied with Josh Hader for the most saves in baseball. He has a 2.77 ERA with 29 strikeouts and six walks over 26 innings pitched. He should be in fantasy managers' lineups at all times.
