Seattle Seahawks safeties Jamal Adams (shoulder, fingers) and Quandre Diggs (ankle, leg) took part in the team's mandatory minicamp this week and are both expected to be ready when training camp begins in late July. Both Adams and Diggs had surgery for their injuries last year, while Adams also said he had surgery to fuse the two middle fingers on his left hand. Adams is hoping the surgeries will solve chronic injuries he's had in his two seasons with the Seahawks. Adams and Diggs are "feeling good" now, and Adams said he has no limitations now. Adams went without a sack last year a year after setting an NFL record for defensive backs by recording 9.5 sacks in just 12 games in 2020. When healthy, Adams is the best fantasy defensive back in IDP settings, while Diggs is also plenty valuable.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
