Dallas Cowboys first-round offensive tackle Tyler Smith has mostly worked at left guard since he was drafted in April, but he was lined up at left tackle when the first-team offense opened team drills on Thursday at organized team activities. Tyron Smith was held out of practices last week with some lower-back tightness, but he was on the field Thursday and took the majority of the first-team repetitions at left tackle. When Tyron Smith was at left tackle, the rookie was lined up at left guard. If everything goes to plan, Tyler Smith will be the team's eventual starting left tackle down the road. "I think he seems a little more natural at guard right now. I know he's played tackle in college. But his aggressive nature fits well for him in there," head coach Mike McCarthy said.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
