Aaron Nola Dominant In Thursday's Win
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola had it working on the mound in Thursday's 4-1 victory over the Atlanta Braves. He picked up the win after 8.1 innings of work in which he allowed one run, picked up 10 strikeouts, and walked no one. After the start, the one-time All-Star owns a 3.56 ERA with a 2-4 record, 74 strikeouts, and a 0.94 WHIP across 10 games. It's looking like a rebound season after a disappointing 2021, where he posted a 4.63 ERA. Fantasy managers that predicted a bounce back should be happy with the results thus far.
