Josh Hader Picks Up Save In Return
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers reliever Josh Hader recorded his league-leading 16th save of the season on Thursday as his club defeated the Cardinals 4-3. In his first appearance since returning from the family medical emergency list, the left-hander worked around a single and a walk by getting a strikeout and a pair of pop outs to keep his save streak intact as well as his 0.00 ERA. Hader's WHIP rose to 0.61 in this outing, which is far from alarming, as he also sits with a sharp 22/6 K/BB through 14 2/3 IP. Fantasy managers who used an early-round selection on the 28-year-old should be more than pleased with his performance so far in 2022.
