3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers left-hander Victor Gonzalez (elbow), who was rehabbing in Arizona, will undergo minor left elbow surgery after experiencing discomfort in a bullpen session. The surgery is expected to remove debridement. The Dodgers were hoping that the 26-year-old reliever would be able to rejoin the bullpen sometime in May, but that won't happen now. We'll have a better idea of how much time Gonzalez might miss after is surgery, but the Dodgers may not have him available now until some point in the second half of the season. Gonzalez hasn't pitched in the majors yet this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
