3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Bailey Ober (groin) was removed from his start against the Detroit Tigers on Thursday due to right groin tightness. According to Twins manager Rocco Baldelli, Ober is doing better as of Friday, but he is likely going to require a stint on the injured list. The 26-year-old has been pitching well so far this year. Through four starts, he's gone 1-1 with a 2.75 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP. His next scheduled start is Tuesday against the Baltimore Orioles, but it sounds as if the team will need to find a replacement for the game.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
