Boston Celtics center Robert Williams III (knee) returned to action in Game 3 of the team's first round series against the Brooklyn Nets. He played 16 minutes and racked up two points, two rebounds, a block and an assist. After the game, Celtics head coach Ime Udoka told the media that Williams had "no problems at all" with his knee while he was on the court. This is certainly encouraging news for Williams, who suffered a left meniscus tear in late March. He should remain on a minutes limit for Game 4, but there's a chance he'll be back to a full, or nearly full, workload at some point in Round 2, assuming the Celtics advance.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers center Robert Williams III (knee) is out for the remainder of the 2024-25 season with a knee injury. Williams has missed 11 of the team's last 12 games with left knee soreness. He was last available when the Blazers lost to the New York Knicks on March 12 but did not play. Williams has played 20 games this season, averaging 5.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game with his field goal percentage being 64.1%. When he plays, Williams flashes his talent, but he hasn't been able to stay consistently healthy.--Alen Kurbasic - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers center Robert Williams III (knee) underwent surgery on his left knee on Thursday to address inflammation. He's "expected to make a full recovery" and will be sidelined 4-6 weeks. Without question, the 27-year-old is a difference-maker whenever he's on the floor, especially on the glass and defensive end. However, Williams has battled multiple knee injuries over the years. It's unknown if he'll remain in Portland. Yet, if Williams lands on the trade block, he will see plenty of interest from teams around the league looking for depth in the middle. With that said, he should have some productive fantasy outings moving ahead, although he'll need to figure out how to stay on the floor before earning the trust of fantasy managers.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers center Robert Williams III (knee) will be inactive on Wednesday against the Memphis Grizzlies. The veteran big man has been out for nearly a month, making his last appearance on Feb. 20. It has been another frustrating campaign for the injury-prone center, as Williams III has featured just 20 times for the Trail Blazers in 2024-25. Duop Reath carries additional fantasy value in Williams III's absence, though he is not a difference-maker in fantasy basketball with Portland's starting center, Donovan Clingan, fully healthy.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers center Robert Williams III (knee) will be unavailable for Monday's contest against the Washington Wizards. Williams has been out of action since February 22nd and will miss his 13th consecutive contest due to a left knee sprain. The 27-year-old has only played in 20 games this season, and a timetable hasn't been announced when he will return. With less than a month left in the regular season, the big man could very well be shut down for the final 14 Blazers games remaining.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
