3 years agoThe Chicago White Sox have reinstated outfielder AJ Pollock (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list ahead of Friday's game against the Minnesota Twins. In a corresponding move, right-handed pitcher Matt Foster was placed on the Family Medical Leave List. Pollock suffered a hamstring strain in the second game of the season and was placed on the injured list shortly after. He hit leadoff in each of the team's first two games of the year. There's a chance he could resume leadoff duties, or we could see him bat second behind Tim Anderson, who has been the team's primary leadoff hitter lately.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
