3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Tyler Naquin is batting second in Game 2 of the team's four-game series against the Atlanta Braves on Friday. He'll be going up against Braves right-handed pitcher Charlie Morton. Naquin was held out of the lineup for the team's season opener against the Atlanta Braves on Thursday as lefty Max Fried was on the mound. Aristides Aquino got the start for the team's season opener and served as the team's No. 2 hitter, but he's out of the lineup on Friday. Expect to see a platoon between the two sluggers at least throughout the early going of the year, with Naquin on the strong side of the platoon as he'll be primarily utilized against righties.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
