Lance Lynn To Be Shut Down For Four Weeks
3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn (knee) has been diagnosed with a slight tear in his right knee tendon. He will undergo surgery to repair the tear this week. Following the surgery, he will be shut down for four weeks. Lynn will of course need to work his way back up to game form after he starts throwing again, which means the best case scenario for him would be a late May debut to the season. The 34-year-old should come crashing down draft boards in the coming days. Formerly a clear top-20 starting pitcher going into the year, he is now someone who you won't want to draft until the double-digit rounds.
