Noah Fant Views Himself As A Deep Threat
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant viewed himself as a deep threat and was frustrated with how he was used with the Denver Broncos. During an interview with 1043 The Fan, Fant said he's a deep threat, but the Broncos used him in the flat and had him try to break tackles. The 24-year-old caught 170 passes and 10 touchdowns in 47 career games with Denver while racking up at least 500 yards each season. Fant, along with quarterback Drew Lock and defensive lineman Shelby Harris, two first-round picks, and two second-round picks were traded to Seattle Seahawks in exchange for quarterback Russell Wilson earlier in the offseason. Fant has upside, but with the uncertainty at quarterback for the Seahawks, the former Denver Bronco is a mid-range TE2 in upcoming fantasy drafts.
