Jazz Chisholm Jr. Feels Fine On Wednesday
Jazz Chisholm Jr. (hand) said his hand feels fine on Wednesday morning after being forced from Tuesday's game due to being hit by a ground ball. Chisholm escaped with just some bruising and said that if it were the regular season, he'd be playing through it. He was scheduled to have Wednesday off anyway, but we may see him back in a Grapefruit League lineup the next time the Marlins suit up. There is no concern about his Opening Day status.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. Could Be Forced To Injured List With Oblique Injury
Jazz Chisholm Jr. (oblique) will have testing on his right oblique during the team's off day on Thursday. Manager Aaron Boone said there is some concern it could be an injured-list situation, although Chisholm told him that he feels "fine." Although the Yankees' lineup for Wednesday's series finale against the division-rival Baltimore Orioles hasn't been posted, fantasy managers should be expecting the 27-year-old to sit out. Depending on what testing reveals on Thursday, Chisholm could also be absent this weekend in the Bronx against the division-rival Tampa Bay Rays. Although he's hitting just .181 (19-for-105) on the year, Chisholm does have seven home runs and six stolen bases and should be stashed in an IL spot if he lands on the shelf. If Chisholm ends up missing extended time with this injury, Pablo Reyes figures to be the primary beneficiary at the keystone.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. No Longer Facing One-Game Suspension
Jazz Chisholm Jr. will not serve a one-game suspension related to his ejection for arguing with the umpire during a game on April 17. The 27-year-old proceeded to tweet about the incident from the clubhouse while the game was still going on, which is against MLB policies. A settlement was reached that will allow him to avoid suspension. Heading into Sunday's contest against the Blue Jays, the left-handed hitter was hitting just .172, but has seven home runs, 15 RBI, 15 runs scored, and six stolen bases to go along with a strong 12.6 percent walk rate. The low average hurts his fantasy value in leagues that score that, but the other production is solid in the other four standard categories.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. Suspended For One Game, Will Appeal And Is Playing Friday
Jazz Chisholm Jr. was suspended by the league for one game on Friday for his outburst after being rang up on a called third strike. Chisholm is appealing the suspension and will be batting fifth in the Yankees' lineup. The 27-year-old is providing decent value at the plate this season, hitting for a 105 OPS+. Though a decent number, it's lower than the 130 OPS+ he posted last season and part of that issue is his K%, which has risen above 30% in 2025. Fantasy managers shouldn't worry too much, though, as long as he continues to deliver with the long ball as his six HR rank second on the Yankees behind only Aaron Judge. If he does indeed have to serve his suspension, it shouldn't have any effect on his production as it will essentially be viewed as a day off.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. Homers On Thursday
Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer, a steal, and a walk in a 9-7 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday. Chisholm's two-run shot came off Arizona starter Merrill Kelly in the fourth inning to give the Yankees their eighth and ninth runs of the game. The veteran infielder is off to a red-hot start this season, hitting .292 with four homers, six runs, eight RBI, and one steal over 24 at-bats. Chisholm has shown an uptick in power since joining the Yankees as he hit 11 homers in 46 games after being acquired from the Miami Marlins during the 2024 season. He should remain locked into fantasy lineups moving forward.
