3 years agoThe San Francisco Giants have signed outfielder Joc Pederson to a one-year contract worth $6 million. The 29-year-old left-hander seems destined for something of a platoon role with the Giants, based on how the franchise has typically handled their lineup over the last few years. Pederson has a career .832 OPS against righties but his .610 OPS against lefties has led to him often being benched against southpaws. Expect to see more of that in San Francisco. He's a decent late-round target in deep daily-lock leagues, but he can go undrafted in a lot of other formats.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
