Titans Planning On Releasing Julio Jones
3 years agoThe Tennessee Titans are planning on releasing wide receiver Julio Jones, according to ESPN's Dianna Russini. This is certainly surprising news. The 33-year-old spent just one year with the Titans and he was hampered by injuries throughout the year. He played in 10 games and caught just 31 passes for one touchdown. We'll see where he ends up landing. As for the Titans, A.J. Brown now appears to be primed for an even greater share of targets next year. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine is a candidate to be the team's No. 2 receiver behind Brown, but the team will most certainly add another receiver before the 2022 season begins.
