Astros Reportedly Talking To Carlos Correa
3 years agoThe Houston Astros reportedly are talking to free-agent shortstop Carlos Correa in an effort to keep him in Houston. He declined his $18.4 million qualifying offer from the Astros during the offseason. The 27-year-old is one of the top available free agents remaining on the market and has been linked to various teams. He set career-highs in home runs (26), RBI (92), and runs (104) in 2021. According to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, Correa could come back to Houston on a one-year deal. Correa will be in the mix as a top-10 fantasy shortstop if he remains with the Astros for another season. Stay tuned.
