In this space, we will highlight recommended fantasy football waiver wire pickups to consider as candidates for Week Three of the 2013 fantasy football season, and your fantasy football rosters.
Charles Clay. Clay had another solid game for the Dolphins, catching five passes for 109 yards against the Colts with one receiving touchdown, averaging 21.8 yards per reception. He is looking like a solid fantasy tight end that should be started if available in your league. He could have another big game in Week Three, with the Dolphins taking on the Falcons this week.
Coby Fleener. Fleener had a better game in his second week of action for the Colts, as he caught four passes for 69 yards with one TD. This was a huge increase in production as he only caught one pass for seven yards in Week One against Oakland. I would wait to see if he can duplicate his performance against San Francisco this week before making an investment, though.
Kellen Winslow Jr. Winslow was good in Week One against Tampa Bay with seven catches for 79 yards and one TD, but he failed miserably against the Patriots-- he only caught three passes for 39 yards. Winslow gets the Bills this week and could rebound with a solid game. H'es not necessarily capable of performing like he did against the Buccaneers week-in and week-out, but can should continue to show improvement as the season moves forward.
