Zamir White Acting As Starting Running Back
1 year agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White was listed as the team's No. 1 back on the Raiders unofficial depth chart last week. It appears the 23-year-old will act as the starting back for as long as Josh Jacobs is away from the team. White rushed 13 times for 43 yards and a touchdown in the first preseason game. He only saw 17 carries behind Jacobs last season, but that is likely to drastically change, assuming Jacobs continues to sit out. It sounds like the Raiders are attempting to solve the contract situation with Jacobs. Until then, White will act as the starter and he looks like a really good late-round option in fantasy drafts.
