2 years agoNew York Mets pitcher Tylor Megill picked up the win on Saturday versus the Marlins. The 27-year-old went five innings, allowing two earned runs while striking out seven batters. He recently got called up from Triple-A Syracuse after Justin Verlander (shoulder) went on the 15-day injured list. It's unknown how long Megill will hang around in the big leagues. However, he should see another start or two before presumably returning to the minors once Verlander is 100%. Although Megill's track record hasn't been the most consistent, his latest performance may have earned him a spot in many fantasy lineups.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
