4 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz (illness) was scratched from Tuesday's lineup as he was feeling under the weather. He is reportedly still feeling a bit sick, but he's giving it a go on Wednesday. In the first game of the team's doubleheader against the Boston Red Sox on Wednesday, he'll be batting in his typical No. 3 spot. The 40-year-old Cruz has been doing typical Nelson Cruz things so far this year, slashing .444/.469/.926 with four home runs over nine games.
