Mookie Betts To Have Forearm Evaluated On Tuesday
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts (forearm) is set to have his forearm evaluated by the team prior to Tuesday's game against the Seattle Mariners. Betts was hit by a pitch in the forearm in the ninth inning of Monday's game. He remained in the game, but was very clearly in pain after the play. It isn't exactly clear what kind of tests Betts will undergo prior to Tuesday's game, but he should be considered questionable to play on Tuesday at this point. Betts has played 12 games so far this year and is slashing .292/.414/.500 with two home runs, four doubles, two stolen bases and 11 runs.
