4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against Austin Gomber and the Colorado Rockies. It is a scheduled day off for the Dodgers star. Luke Raley is getting the start in right field and batting eighth in the game. The timing of the scheduled day off for Betts is unfortunate as he had just returned from a four-game absence on Tuesday. He was sidelined with a back issue, then went on to hit a home run in his first game back. Betts is slashing .323/.447/.581 through seven games this year. He'll be back in the lineup on Friday as the Dodgers open up a three-game series with the San Diego Padres.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
