Mohamed Sanu Set To Fall Flat Again
6 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu could see another forgettable performance in Week 2. Sanu failed to meet expectations last week, despite getting his average number of targets. The receiver ended the day with four receptions for 18 yards on six targets. As we stated before, Sanu relies heavily on touchdowns for fantasy production, and really isn’t targeted in the red zone that often. The only positive coming into this week, is that he draws a decent matchup against the Panthers. There is also reason to be worried with fellow receiver Calvin Ridley likely to start taking away from Sanu’s targets. Unless Sanu starts becoming a red zone target he can remain on the bench, even in deeper leagues.
