Michael Kohn Tears Right Biceps
7 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Michael Kohn tore the coracobraschialis muscle in his right biceps on Wednesday. The 31-year-old right-hander is expected to miss several months after the injury and will be seen at the Mayo Clinic to undergo further testing. After undergoing Tommy John surgery in 2016, Kohn spent the 2017 season pitching in the minors for the Twins and hasn't pitched in the big leagues since he made six appearances for the Atlanta Braves back in 2015. A non-roster invitee with the Twins this spring, Kohn has a 5-6 record, 3.52 ERA, and 111 strikeouts in 115 career innings pitched.
