11 months agoCarolina Hurricanes forward Martin Necas (upper body) could be back in action Friday versus Detroit. He has missed five games because of an upper-body injury. It's been an up-and-down season for Necas, which has so far culminated in a 26-point effort across 38 appearances. He's been kept off the score sheet in six of his last eight appearances.
