Luis Arraez Out Again For Marlins
1 year agoMiami Marlins second baseman Luis Arraez (ankle) remains out of the starting lineup again on Wednesday against the visiting New York Mets. Jon Berti will take over at the keystone and will bat eighth in the order against Mets right-hander Kodai Senga. Arraez suffered a sprained left ankle during pre-game workouts on Tuesday and will now miss his second straight game. For now, fantasy managers should consider the 26-year-old hit machine day-to-day. With an off day coming on Thursday, both the Marlins and fantasy managers will be hoping MLB's batting leader can return on Friday for the series opener against the Milwaukee Brewers. Although Arraez has very little power to speak of, he's the best pure hitter average-wise in baseball and is a must-start when he's active.
