Lance Lynn Struggling With Baserunners This Spring
4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn has had a decent spring overall. He's made four starts and pitched 11.2 innings, allowing just three earned runs. However, he's had some trouble keeping hitters off the base paths. He's allowed nine walks and nine hits and he's also hit a batter. His WHIP this spring is 1.54. Lynn posted a WHIP of just 1.06 last year with the Texas Rangers. He made 13 starts in 2020 and went 6-3 with a 3.32 ERA while averaging 9.5 K/9. He's being selected around 50th overall in fantasy drafts right now. He's a solid option as a No. 2 starter and is a fantastic No. 3 starter if you're going pitching heavy at the top.
