Julius Randle Scores 31 Points In Loss To Lakers
4 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle led all scorers with 31 points in Tuesday night's 101-99 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Randle shot 11-for-26 from the field and 5-for-5 from the free throw line in the game. He hit four of his eight three-point attempts and also had eight rebounds and five assists. Randle and Derrick Rose provided just about all of the offense for the Knicks in this game. Rose had 27 points and no other Knick scored in double-digits. Randle had been held under 20 points in two of his previous three games, so it was good to see him break the 30-point barrier for this game. Next up for Randle and the Knicks is a matchup against the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday.
