Johnny Cueto Feeling Better After Exiting Game
4 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (lat) was forced to leave Wednesday's start against the Cincinnati Reds as he was experiencing lat tightness. Cueto is now reportedly feeling better. He should have a good shot to make his next start on Tuesday against the Philadelphia Phillies. Cueto was pitching great on Wednesday before the injury. He went 5 2/3 innings and allowed three hits, no walks and no runs while striking out four. He now has a 1.80 ERA and 0.85 WHIP through three starts and 20 innings on the year.
