4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura (quad) left Tuesday's game against the San Francisco Giants due to a strained right quad. He is set to undergo an MRI on Wednesday. The injury came when he was attempting to run out a ground ball in the second inning of the game. Brad Miller entered the game to replace him. Segura could be headed for a trip to the injured list. If that ends up being the case, Miller should see an increase in playing time.
