1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder J.D. Martinez (groin) is going to be sidelined for multiple weeks, according to manager Dave Roberts. The team expects Martinez to miss 2-to-3 weeks of action after being placed on the injured list Tuesday afternoon. The veteran outfielder has been dealing with a lingering groin and hamstring issue for quite some time. The Dodgers have decided to completely shut down Martinez from baseball activities for a week.
