2 years agoGame 2 of the American League Division Series on Thursday between the Cleveland Guardians and New York Yankees in the Bronx has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game has been rescheduled for Friday, Oct. 14. Right-hander Shane Bieber was scheduled to pitch for the Guardians, while left-hander Nestor Cortes was in line to toe the rubber for the Yankees on Thursday, but they'll be pushed back to Friday's game. Friday's contest will start at 1:07 pm ET, and the teams won't have an off day from here on out if the series goes the full five games. Cleveland will be looking to tie the series up at a game apiece after losing in Game 1 on Tuesday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
