2 years agoThe San Francisco Giants are reportedly "still pursuing" free-agent starting pitcher Carlos Rodon, per a tweet from The San Francisco Chronicle's Susan Slusser on Monday. Also per Slusser's tweet, the Giants reported deal with Sean Manaea "does not impact" the team's pursuit of Rodon. Rodon made 31 starts for the National League West club last season, pitching to a 2.88 ERA, a 2.25 FIP, 237 strikeouts and 52 walks in 178 innings of work. It was another strong season for the 29-year-old, who has cemented his status as both an elite real-life and fantasy starter after an excellent 2021 season on the mound.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
