2 years agoThe Falcons took Texas running back Bijan Robinson with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. There were many teams in the mix to take Robinson on Thursday night. However, he'll now head to Atlanta, a team loaded with young up-and-coming talent. The 21-year-old appeared in 31 games for the Longhorns, amassing 3,410 rushing yards and 33 touchdowns. He also had 60 catches for 805 yards and eight more scores. That said, the addition of Robinson by the Falcons isn't good news for Tyler Allgeier.
