Eddie Rosario Sitting Against Lefty On Thursday
4 years agoCleveland Indians outfielder Eddie Rosario is out of the starting lineup for Thursday's game as the team goes up against left-hander Danny Duffy and the Kansas City Royals. Jordan Luplow is getting the start in left field and batting second in the game. This will be the second straight time that Rosario has sat against a lefty. The left-handed Rosario has gone just 7-for-39 with a .256 slugging percentage against lefties this year. Meanwhile, against righties, he has slashed .277/.329/.462. The Indians will face another left-handed pitcher, Cincinnati Reds starter Wade Miley, on Friday. We'll see if Rosario sits yet again.
