Dejounte Murray Nails Seven Triples In Game 2
2 years agoAtlanta Hawks guard Dejounte Murray led the team with 29 points and made seven attempts from deep in Tuesday's Game 2 loss against Boston. It was a great performance from downtown, but Murray shot only 11-for-24 overall from the field and the Hawks again struggled to hang with Boston. The versatile guard completed his line with six rebounds, six assists and four steals in 40 minutes. Murray went a horrible 0-for-6 with the three-ball in Game 1, but he is still averaging a team-high 26.5 points in the playoffs. With Trae Young struggling and shooting just 35 percent across the first two games, the Hawks clearly need even more from Murray to avoid getting swept in the series.
