4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich (back) left Sunday's game in the second inning with a back injury. He will not be in the lineup for Monday's game against Adbert Alzolay and the Chicago Cubs. Jackie Bradley Jr. is getting the start in left field and batting fifth in the game. Brewers manager Craig Counsell stated that Yelich was day-to-day. Through nine games this year, Yelich is slashing .333/.459/.367. He's scored eight runs, but he's still searching for his first home run. We'll see if he's able to get back in the lineup on Tuesday.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
