Cardinals Expected To Field Offers For No. 3 Pick
2 years agoThe 2023 NFL Draft is approaching, and the Cardinals have the No. 3 overall pick. With a loaded quarterback class, there's speculation multiple clubs searching for a young up-and-coming passer will make a move to acquire the selection. General manager Monti Ossenfort said he anticipates talks to "heat up" in the next few days. Arizona seemingly feels confident in Kyler Murray (knee), even though he'll likely miss the beginning of the season. However, with signal-caller Bryce Young expected to be the top selection and Alabama linebacker Will Anderson linked to the Texans at No. 2, many teams will look to move up to snag quarterbacks C.J. Stroud, Will Levis, or Anthony Richardson. Although some within the Arizona front office refuse to use the word "rebuild," the organization is in an excellent spot to address needs on both sides of the football. Then, there's the issue of DeAndre Hopkins and whether or not he'll be a Cardinal this season.
