C.J. Gardner-Johnson On The Move To Detroit
2 years agoFree-agent safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson has agreed to a one-year, $8 million deal with the Lions. Philly has lost some big names already this offseason, as T.J. Edwards, Marcus Epps, Isaac Seumalo, Miles Sanders, and Javon Hargrave are now on new teams. With Detroit making some significant moves of late, Gardner-Johnson, who had 67 total tackles, eight passes defensed, six picks, and a sack last season, will help bolster a Lions defense that could be more productive in 2023-24.
