2 months agoNew York Jets running back Braelon Allen carried the ball seven times for 33 yards and a touchdown while adding two catches for 23 yards and a second touchdown in a 24-17 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 2. Allen, the youngest player in the NFL at just 20 years old, scored the Jets' first touchdown of the game on a 12-yard reception in the second quarter. He later came back and scored the game-winning TD on a 20-yard run in the fourth. While Allen will not overtake star runner Breece Hall in the New York backfield, he remains a top handcuff in case anything happens to Hall moving forward. Allen now has a short turnaround as the Jets play the New England Patriots in Week 3's Thursday night game.--Matt T - RotoBaller
