Brady Singer Goes Seven Innings, Allows One Run
4 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Brady Singer was dominant in Saturday's start against the Detroit Tigers. Singer pitched seven innings and allowed just three hits and one earned run without walking anyone. He recorded a season-high eight strikeouts in the game and earned his first win of the year. Singer has now turned in two straight quality starts after pitching six scoreless innings against the Toronto Blue Jays last Sunday. Singer clearly has the Tigers' number as he posted a 1.50 ERA over three starts against them last year. He's going to be a hot waiver wire add after two straight strong outings. He'll look to keep dealing in his next outing on Friday against the Minnesota Twins.
